Thank you David for posting this. I think this just another way of marketing by the commercial people to make everything sound more tasty or expensive. We can all take advantage of it though and go with it when we market our great red wattle pork!

I am curious about what to ask for if I only want the best of the chops cut, the best roast, the best part of the ham etc. I have been getting general cuts and I am not sure that I like the differences in the less chops and the lesser cuts if that makes any sense, I am just not sure what to ask for. What is a Windsor chop?

Winsor Is a named brand , these is a center-cut, bone-in pork chops are marinated in a special blend of spices and maple syrup and smoked for hours over slow-burning applewood fires for a luscious, smoky treat. Serve with ginger apple butter or traditional cinnamon-stewed apples to compliment this savory comfort food
