We just had our first Hickory Sugar smoked ham from our new processor.

It is totally amazing! When we got our pork back, this ham didn't even make it to our freezer. I took it right in and popped it into the slow cooker. No glaze no additions - just ham.

8 hours later. . . WOW!!
Makes me want to keep all the ham for us.... but I won't it's too good not to share.
